Field Estimate is built to be private by default. Here's what that means in plain English.

No personal data collected

We don't ask you to create an account. We don't collect your name, email, or phone number to use the estimate generator.

Your estimate data stays in your browser

Everything you type — client info, line items, business details, your logo — is saved only in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we never see it.

Anonymous analytics

We use PostHog to count page views and basic actions (PDF downloaded, line item added) so we know what's working. No names, no estimate contents, no client info — just anonymous usage signals.

Payments

If you unlock the premium features ($19, one-time), Stripe processes the payment. We don't store your card number or any payment details — Stripe handles that. We only receive a confirmation that you paid.
